Together looking into what we are part of in a subtle, universal, spiritual way,  diving into Rites of Passage and the importance of maturation in humanity to embrace life with respect and responsibility. Feeling our interconnection with all that is and our place in the web of life, how we can collectively wake up and how we can wisely take steps on Earth for a prosperous future for all.

Presenters:

• Susannah Grover Susannah became a student of Zen in 1969, and later was initiated into Tibetan Buddhism via His Holiness Karmapa XVI in 1977. Her Sufi teacher initiated her as a teacher in the Indian Chishti lineage in 1974. Susannah was a lay midwife doing home births and at the same time was sitting with the dying as a hospice worker (1974-82). She was appointed to be the California State Psychiatric Patients’ Rights’ Advocate-Ombudsman, where her job was to defend the rights of both psychiatric patients and the elderly in locked facilities (1977-78). She later became a Doctor of Chiropractic, Craniopathy and Homeopathy in 1983 and ran her own alternative healing clinic near San Francisco (1984-2005). Upon meeting the Oracle of Tibet in 1994, he requested that Susannah start teaching spiritual work. One of her teachers, Moriah St. Clair, who was the founder of Beyond Words and Pathways United, made Susannah her successor (2008). Susannah was a student in the Diamond Approach (1986-2017), where she also trained as a teacher, and she taught groups in the U.S., Australia and Europe for 21 years, from 1996-2017. She is the Founder of The Ineffable Stream.

• Basil Savitsky Basil Savitsky, Ph.D., is a philosopher and futurist who brings brings a systems-view and a long-term perspective to personal and social change. As a university professor, he worked inconservation mapping, eco-psychology, and futures studies. In recent years, Dr. Savitsky hasoffered over 100 trainings throughout the US on behavioral health, positive youth development,emotional intelligence, and social-emotional learning. He is currently directing a federal grant inNorth Carolina to prevent risky behavior in youth and to foster statewide collaboration on behavioral healthefforts between college campuses. • Alberto Coyote Ruz Alberto Ruz Buenfil, Born in Mexico City, who for Fifty years has dedicated himself to pioneering intentional communities, ecovillage, bioregionalist and Rights of Naturemovements, as well as for a planetary Peace Culture.
