This fifth session on Endangered Dialogues profiles four leaders sharing their ideas to slow the loss of the 1,000,000 species on the endangered list.

- Michael Ray, called the “most creative man in Silicon Valley” is an Author, Emeritus Professor Stanford Business School and Founder of Insight Out. Michael’s course on creativity was the most popular class at Stanford. His books include “Creativity in Business” and “The Highest Goal”.
- Alain Gauthier is an international consultant, facilitator, coach and educator who focuses his work on developing co-leadership and partnering capabilities in and across the public, private and civil society sectors. He is passionate about integrating the inner and outer dimensions of human experience, both at the individual and collective levels, in service of the whole. A graduate from H.E.C.(Paris), Stanford University M.B.A. And former member of McKinsey and Company, he is Executive Director of Core Leadership Development. Elders Action Network.
- Steven Kowalski, Ph.D. is a leading voice in the global movement for conscious creativity with more than 25 years of experience as an organizational development expert. Steven's newly released book, "Creative Together," details the mindset and behavior shifts needed to bring conscious creativity to the most pressing and urgent challenges of our time. Through his firm, Creative LicenseTM Consulting Services, he works with clients to shape organizational cultures and reinvigorate how teams co-create new value. As a coach, speaker, and consultant-partner, he facilitates the creativity of scientists, engineers, business leaders, and professionals across industries. Steven holds a PhD in adult learning and organizational creativity from UCLA, and is the author of more than 100 workplace learning programs.
- Marilyn King is a two-time Olympic Pentathlete, Exceptional Human Performance expert, Peace enthusiast, Founder of Way Beyond Sports and the Peace Team, a global systemic change initiative. Following a serious car accident in 1979 Marilyn was unable to train for the 1980 Olympic Games so she used visualization and mental rehearsal to prepare herself for competition through the extraordinary power of her mind. She finished second in the Olympic trials for her third Olympic Team without physical training. This experience and knowledge set her on a 35-year career as an expert in exceptional human performance where she has taught Olympian Thinking from the classroom to the Board Room. Marilyn has used this experience, combined with participation in an international Think Tank on the role of business in peacebuilding, to do her most pioneering work using the prestige of Olympians around the world and her experience to Found the Olympian Peace Team and to collaborate with the United Nations to promote peace in the world.
