In Extremis is how many leading experts describe the time we are living in, a time when humanity itself, the other species who we rely on for our survival and the planet itself are all in danger. Therefore we believe it is well past time for those of us who call ourselves men to acknowledge the part we have played in contributing to as well as the part we have failed to play in mitigating these threats.  

We also believe it is not only helpful, but long overdue to bring together the voices of thoughtful and mature men and women in a dialogue to explore some things we can do to contribute to the birth of the new story with new roles, new alternative paths and new possible solutions that are aligned with the Wisdom Traditions and will help us bring greater sanity and more constructive, compassionate and conscious leadership to help turn this ship called humanity before it is too late.
