I miss the regular connections made to strengthen people-to-people diplomacy during the 1980's. Philadelphia is one of the 50 US cities having regular friendship activities.
Unfortunately, the US State Dept has been wirking to demonize this organization as an "influencer" and the hazard warnings appear in simple searches even now.
