Julie Tang, retired San Francisco judge and co-founder of Pivot to Peace and "Comfort Women" Justice Coalition
Fred Teng is president of the America China Public Affairs Institute (ACPAI). He also serves as the senior U.S. representative of the China-United States Exchange Foundation; an Executive Council member of the Center for China and Globalization and a visiting professor of Sichuan University. He is a fellow of the Foreign Policy Association, a member of the EastWest Institute’s Board of Councilors; & a member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations. Mr. Teng was elected as an independent Board member of USA Badminton, the national governing body for the sport of badminton in the United States.
Mr. Teng served as the chief executive officer of News China Magazine, a publication he launched worldwide on newsstands and digitally online. He served as senior vice president of Multicultural Radio Broadcasting and general manager of Sino Television. Mr. Teng was in charge of multi-cultural marketing communications and public relations at AT&T’s International Consumer Long Distance division. At Oppenheimer & Co., he launched the firm’s service into Asia. At Merrill Lynch, he coordinated new financial products and services.
