Here's some "concrete" actions that would be extremely AND rapidly effective from Bill Graham:
There needs to be a list of actions that it would take to truly reverse climate change by 2030. E.g. A global agreement that includes:
1. A permanent global 300% tax on meat products (including pet food), effective within a few months that would essentially make meat unaffordable to 98% of the world population.
2.A plan that allocates the planting and caring for 3 million trees per hour (72 million per day), every day until 2030 or until forest coverage matches 1980 levels.

3. A 20% special sales tax in everything non-essential sold in the world to ensure everyone is participating equally in combating climate change that would be used to fund accelerated renewable energy sources everywhere but especially in developing countries.
4. A global wealth tax of, for example, 10% on all wealth above $10 million.
5. A global agreement to tax all fossil fuel purchases at 500% starting on 1 January, 2027.
These are drastic measures, but supposedly failure to effectively address climate change in time could be existential which would even be more drastic.

Such dramatic measures would require everyone to take a clear position and would let everyone know what is what with regard to global willingness to effectively address climate change and enable the development if strategies to do what is actually needed to bring about needed changes.
