How The Net Destroyed Democracy is a terrible TITLE for a very insightful TED Talk.
- It's a TED Talk on the MEDIA and society over time.
- The presenter explores "What we know (and believe)" as opposed to "What we want," as the media changed from thousands of local newspapers in the 19th century, through broadcast media where we had essentially three TV networks in the 20th century, to Now where there are once again thousands of news and opinion sources.
