Hello colleagues and allies. As a Holistic Coach, I believe in a type of leadership that is capable of disappearing into the team and the community, avoiding any temptation or tendency to be at the center of the action, as being decisive, irreplaceable. Leader with assertive convictions who uses his charisma to facilitate the collective work of equals. As Wilhem Reich said, a leader who does not allow himself to be assassinated for placing himself within the reach of black spirits. That certainty has saved my life and I have been able to continue leading in the most subtle and friendly way possible.

The Lakota people are our friends. One of them is living in my home. Here is a way that you can help to build leadership skills within the young Lakota…The 500 MILE SACRED HOOP PRAYER RUN is an annual run that serves over 150 Lakota youth. Kids run a 5-day, 500-mile relay that follows a sacred loop around the Black Hills and many other sacred sites in Nebraska, Wyoming and Montana. Along the way the kids participate in ceremony, prayer, and traditional teachings. The run is based on the Creation story of the Black Hills and the youth run in prayer for causes including: suicide, teen pregnancy, gang violence, sobriety, treaty rights, cancer, diabetes, and to relieve the suffering of the people.

The illusion of control is our greatest down fall of humanity. Today is the 50th anniversary of the Watergate Hearings and the downfall of the Nixon regime. Yesterday, the January 6th hearings have given me hope. Thank you Humanity Rising for your continued persistence to lead the way for a democracy of kindness and sustainability.
