The only path to peace is the two-state solution. Hamas and Netanyahu must be removed from power. Israel should immediately release Marwan Barghouti and allow him to be elected. He now leads in the polls of the West Bank. The Palestinian people will then be able to rid themselves of Hamas. We should immediately recognize the State of Palestine. An immediate election in Israel would replace Netanyahu with Benny Gantz, who is also leading in the polls. Barghouti and Gantz will lead the excruciating process of establishing two states. Two homelands for two peoples.

This is so true! No matter how the startup ends, it’s more traumatic than a divorce or death for most founders, and there is no support or awareness. It’s very important to support founders through succession as well, because they lose their identity to the acquirer - and it can be as challenging as the business winding down.
