08:10:02 From Jane M to Everyone:
Blessings and warm greetings to all.
08:10:29 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Welcome Lyon & Guys…
08:15:04 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
I wonder if you have had dialogue with those on the right who are so fixed on controlling women?
08:16:29 From Aida to Host and Panelists:
How do you respond to the anger projected on to you by women who have suffered trauma in a way that forwards healing
08:18:31 From Richard Buckley to Matthew Robertson(Direct Message):
For some reason Zoom made you host. Please do not leave early.
08:19:03 From Richard Buckley to Matthew Robertson(Direct Message):
thanks
08:19:14 From AMY A BLUMENSHINE to Everyone:
I wrote a “morning after” women’s version of the Symposium. Women are non-existent in Plato’s work unless you count a goddess.
08:19:21 From Matthew Robertson to Richard Buckley(Direct Message):
there you go
08:19:29 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Question: What is your observation of what’s the true motivation for Men, (& some women), that want to control women’s bodies for reproduction?
08:25:17 From Savanah to Everyone:
When referring to healing the wounds, what do you see as wounds of men?
08:25:29 From Frans Bloem to Host and Panelists:
Thanks Brother Matt !!! THKR from Sanctuary in Amsterdam…
08:25:50 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Question: What truths can piece the bubble of secular thinking around accepting women as equals in all aspects of life?
08:26:13 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
pearce
08:27:19 From C T to Host and Panelists:
Men’s wounds: men aren’t allowed to cry, get hugs, get nurturing [they have to be ‘strong’! and even if they want to GIVE nurturing compassion and tenderness, they are ridiculed by other men. Those are woundings from the dominant culture. Men have to be ‘tough’ so they hunt and kill animals for sport. This list goes on and on.
08:27:40 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
pierce
08:30:39 From joseph candia to Host and Panelists:
volume very low??
08:31:13 From Lion Goodman to Host and Panelists:
Tom - can you move closer to your microphone?
08:31:33 From Charles Bensinger to Host and Panelists:
I think the “true motivation for (some) men that want to control women’s bodies for reproduction” is to counter a profound envy of women’s ability to create life directly. Men can take life away by killing but can’t create life like women. Men use control of women’s reproduction in an attempt to address this basic physical inability.
08:31:49 From Richard Buckley to joseph candia, Host and Panelists:
We are asking Tom to move closer to the mic.
08:32:36 From Lion Goodman to Host and Panelists:
Tom: wrap it up.
08:32:56 From Richard Buckley to Stanley Pokras Pokras, Host and Panelists:
Is the chat save function working?
08:33:27 From Larry Cashion to Host and Panelists:
@Tom- any way you can adjust his mic to reduce the "muffle" in voice, please? Wanee Wa Chee Ah Lo
08:33:37 From Richard Buckley to Lion Goodman(Direct Message):
Do you want me to remove spotlight so you can jump in?
08:34:24 From Alison Driscoll to Host and Panelists:
Research has shown women’s bodies are built for endurance; men’s for bursts of energy. Interesting energetic difference.
08:34:24 From Lion Goodman to Richard Buckley(Direct Message):
yes
08:35:00 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Host and Panelists:
No, I can select all, but not copy.
08:35:44 From Kathleen McTeigue to Everyone:
Thank you, Tom, for this deep, vulnerable sharing. I so appreciate your devotion to your journey of healing and sharing your wisdom so honestly.
08:36:23 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Host and Panelists:
I id have a notice to update the zoom software. But, it's not made the difference.
08:36:43 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Host and Panelists:
I did the update.
08:37:19 From Jane M to Everyone:
I got bumped off internet and had to rejoin again.hopefully Haven't missed too much. :(
08:37:23 From E Carney to Host and Panelists:

08:37:42 From anne de Lovinfosse to Host and Panelists:
Kathleen can u contact me Anne de Lovinfosse
08:38:01 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
Can anyone speak to the original separation, the point in time when a boy child realizes that he is not his mother, that he is not female ?
08:39:56 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
What a mom. Jeffrey, thank you for sharing your story.
08:40:48 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Yes, Jeffrey, but also she was a “Mother”…Mother’s lift cars off there kids in freak accidents
08:41:06 From Larry Cashion to Everyone:
What is the difference between representing the the vessel either male or female identity and living the essence the soul consciousness?
08:42:39 From Carlos Prosser to Everyone:
I believe that when we were Boys we only saw humans, it is natural to play with all kind of humans, does not matter if somebody is adult, Young, old, womaen or men or dverse… It is the social teachings of the patriarcal society that teach you to recognize and respect the diferences and the absud idea tha men are superiors. Then we back to our nature identity we remermber the natural true that we all are equals
08:42:46 From Kathleen McTeigue to Everyone:
I appreciate hearing your story, Jeffrey. I can feel your deep understanding of the importance of balancing the masculine and feminine.
08:42:53 From Joy Gilfilen to Everyone:
OMG - Jeffrey - that definition of a mother being a masculine energy when she stands up to protect her sons, family. That is what we call it a mother bear energy - and it is a whole bunch better when other men and women stand up around us - and do not shrink back when that energy of ours stands up. This is about character and it is awesome when other leaders of all sexes stand up with us.
08:44:51 From Aida to Everyone:
don’t throw/run like a girl
08:46:02 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Question: Isn’t the new generations loosing archaic “locker room mentality”?
08:47:17 From KATHERINE AUGUSTINE to Everyone:
Such great comments and shares, thank you!
08:47:22 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
My 32 yr old Son doesn’t exhibit any of this Male stereotypes
08:47:41 From Judy Hanmer to Everyone:
Thank you Raji: wonderful.
08:48:05 From Joy Gilfilen to Everyone:
What happened when Vietnam tore the Baby Boomer generation apart/ and their respect was gained or lost by their fathers of the Silent Generation. And then when the war is over, the economy hit and destroyed the male capacity to provide for the family...because the benefits had changed, the markets changed...
And these men's self-worth then was wrecked for they had to work harder...gone more, dealing with the aftermath of PTSD, combat stress, drug and protests and civil rights. All of this affects the inner value of men. Does this conversation show up in the men's circles at all?
08:48:32 From Kathleen McTeigue to Everyone:
Thank you, Raji.
08:49:09 From Larry Cashion to Everyone:
Right on Jim!
08:49:18 From Christine O'Brien to Everyone:
I am writing a blog covering a conversation with a man over weekly over a three month period. This man had been an abusive male towards women. Currently his life-long search is self-awareness. We discuss male privilege, emotions, anger, the patriarchy, women's role and evolution, etc. WakeUpPrincess.com
08:49:30 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Absolutely Jim Touché
08:49:39 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Thank you, Joy, for adding that perspective. There was a question earlier about what wounds men have. These are some…
08:49:58 From Lion Goodman to Host and Panelists:
• When did you realize that you were stuck in old beliefs or concepts about masculinity and manhood, and how did you step out of them?
• Who were the most influential men in your life, and what did you learn from them? Could you have learned the same lessons from women?
08:50:02 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
I have always thought no one should be referred to according to what they have between their legs. Humanity will have masculine and feminine energy fully integrated when we refer to people just as people. Instead of speaking of men and women, we will speak of human beings. People. Sexism is as bad as racism!

Nice Christine! Interesting
08:50:54 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Everyone:
I realized 50 years ago (I'm a boomer) that the world would be much more interesting if women owned half of it.
08:51:29 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
Thanks Leo - I love her!!!
08:51:30 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Everyone:
Psychedelics probably helped my awakening, too, Jim
08:51:31 From Patty Blank to Host and Panelists:
🥰
08:51:38 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
The world will be a better place when we are all able to honor both the feminine and masculine energy of the universe, nature and ourselves.
08:51:54 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Love that “The World was infinitely malleable”
08:52:20 From Jim Olson to Everyone:
Roles and gender have expectations built in. duality, separation add to the potential of suffering. what does it feel like to not have a gender?
08:52:42 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Right! It’s about being ALIVE AS A HUMAN!
08:53:05 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Isolating one to dissect it, it's removing the element from a context without which simply doesn't exist.
08:53:13 From Jim Olson to Everyone:
exactly:)
08:53:36 From Judy Hanmer to Everyone:
Oh wow, Jim I knew Eric very well!
08:54:16 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
There is no masculine and feminine as separate elements. There is a symbiotic dance without which life simply is not possible. Considering one without the other is killing both. And life!
08:54:18 From KATHERINE AUGUSTINE to Everyone:
Jim, your shares are always so profound & powerful - I so appreciate you.
08:54:39 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Beautiful Jim, thanks for sharing

Thank you Jim - the words that 'This is the first time in thousands of years where the opportunities for men and women are equal.' The new world beckons. It's up to us to set it up - after the blessing of the pandemic stopped time and gave us the opportunity to build a new way!!
08:57:10 From Jim Garrison to Judy Hanmer, Host and Panelists:
You knew Eric Hutchinson?
08:57:12 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Yes@Diane!
08:57:23 From Larry Cashion to Host and Panelists:
my favorite line from the movie, The Dark Crystal, is, "
Slave squeezer"
08:58:45 From Judy Hanmer to Everyone:
Yes, he came to talk to the Cambridge Jungian circle many times and later I was in a small group at his house where we talked about spirituality.
08:59:25 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
Sadly, watching and hearing what is happening in other lands (USA as well as Afghanistan) there are many who are clinging on to the old way. We just need to tip the balance!! (And introduce them to the fact that the old way was just a step on the path and this is just the next step!!)
08:59:41 From Judy Hanmer to Everyone:
I know several men who were deeply influenced by him.
08:59:48 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Question: How does vulnerability play a role in your transformative experiences?
09:00:24 From KATHERINE AUGUSTINE to Everyone:
Thank you - heading to work - so appreciate each of you here!
09:00:35 From Jane M to Everyone:
What is the root cause and/or pain that results in this constant need for power? Is it simply still with us as a matter of habit/tradition, in terms of upbringing and traditional roles. Why this constant craving for power and seeking superiority?
09:00:46 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
A sign of a balanced world will also be when we stop referring to certain individuais as your holiness and we can see and treat each other, all of us, as holy. These labels kill me.
09:01:13 From Ina Albert to Everyone:
Ina Albert to Panelists and Attendees: What difference did falling in love make in your realization of your masculinity — or did it?
09:01:19 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Fantastic George! Embrace your complete self!
09:01:22 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
I want everyone to be proud of who they are. It could start with gender - and doesn’t have to. I celebrate the humanness of YOU.
09:01:23 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
Even the 'need' for power comes from fear!! Love is the answer. That's all we need to spread and grow xxx

What does it mean to be a man?
We asked our community (under 25s) what being a man means to them. By Charlie Duffield, Updated on 19-Nov-2018.
09:02:17 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Dehanna, for me there is no possible healing or transformation without vulnerability.
09:02:25 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
'Power' is part of the illusion - time to understand and integrate with nature
09:02:29 From Carlos Prosser to Everyone:
I am proud to be a man who believe in human equality, and i love to cooperate with women and diverse people, i enjoy feel the Unity
09:02:32 From Judy Hanmer to Everyone:
Yes Ana: I am a churchgoer and find my faith a great solace, but believe in the priesthood of all believers, male and female.
09:03:10 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Agreed Ana!
09:03:11 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Power yes, but the power of love, the power to love :)
09:03:28 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
the power of empowering others to remembre their holiness!
09:03:54 From Christine O'Brien to Everyone:
Jane M, good questions. Thanks for asking them. It seems that those who are in power have male privileges that they don't want to let go of.
09:04:01 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
no being is superior to another! I also believe in God and don't see any person as holier than anyone. And having a position of authority or being a religious leader, does not make anyone holier than another.
09:04:02 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Most important @end of life…who you’ve loved & have lived you!❤️
09:04:25 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Yes <3

Richard remove my spotlight
09:05:12 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
(And when loving life, everybody joins in - men AND women)
09:05:14 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Everyone:
One way to reach the more controlling men of the world is to work with our women, to reach their women. We can encourage all women to question the role that the men in their lives are holding...
09:05:22 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
life is already enough of a trip :D
09:05:36 From C T to Host and Panelists:
people seek power dominance & superiority because their own Wholeness Value & Beauty were never recognized valued nurtured developed and valued. If you don’t get the proper acknowledgement in your formative years, you spend the rest of your life trying fill the empty void inside by TAKING It from others via violence power mongering & dominance
09:05:51 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
There is no “need” - but there is enlightenment and fun ;)
09:05:55 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
Jeffrey - 'They' are beginning to use psychedelics for therapy as well as fun!!
09:06:10 From Larry Cashion to Everyone:
right on Jeffrey.
09:06:10 From Joy Gilfilen to Everyone:
Jeff, you can achieve as much or more in close connection to the earth in nature when you open your heart and sould to the living systems.
09:06:18 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Psychedelic’s…Meditation is a natural parallel
09:06:27 From Kathleen McTeigue to Everyone:
Jeffrey you have so much light shining from your being already.
09:06:27 From Christine O'Brien to Everyone:
Jeffrey, you sound clear...probably don't need psychedelics to alter your clear thought.
09:06:38 From Lion Goodman to Host and Panelists:
put tom on spotlight
09:06:41 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
And LOVE brings natural ecstasy!!!
09:06:52 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
As a wOMan, I find that the most interesting, fascinating and attractive men are the ones who are fully at peace with their feminine energy and have absolutely no fear or apologies in expressing it. What a marvel to presence and watch!
09:07:06 From Richard Buckley to Lion Goodman(Direct Message):
Do you want everyone on screen at the same time?
09:07:09 From Lion Goodman to Host and Panelists:

09:07:13 From Jane M to Everyone:
Why so much fear concerning loss of power?
09:07:15 From Lion Goodman to Host and Panelists:
Just the speaker

“He who is without ovaries shall not make laws for those who do.”
Fallopians 5:12
09:08:44 From Jane M to Everyone:
What is at the root of this fear? What is the pain behind this Fear?
09:08:55 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
The 'need' for power comes from fear. All we actually need is - love!!
09:09:17 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Wow, Frank.. That is such a powerful statement!
09:09:22 From Richard Buckley to Lion Goodman(Direct Message):
Yes I can go to everyone. I keep you spot lighted.
09:09:26 From Dehanna Rice to Host and Panelists:
@Jane the identity is wrapped up in power. Who would some Men be…opening up, showing up & being flexible as a Human
09:09:32 From Christine O'Brien to Everyone:
Why do men "hate" women? What is the fear behind that?
09:09:46 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
Wow Frank!! Indeed!!
09:09:59 From Jane M to Everyone:
Yes Diane!
09:10:00 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Only the ones who have not embraced their sensitivity, do.
09:10:25 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
It's a self-image thing. They believe that if they honor the feminine, they will be less masculine.
09:10:27 From Jim Garrison to Everyone:
Love the citation from Fallopians 5:12!!
09:10:31 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
The fear men have was clarified, for me, in the Book ‘Inimate Stranges’ by Lillian Rubin
09:10:32 From Richard Buckley to Lion Goodman(Direct Message):
Let me know if you want everyone.
09:10:39 From Leo Jacoby to Everyone:
While Marianne Williamson demanded that the U.S. do its part to protect women in Afghanistan, conditions for women have declined drastically since the U.S. war began in 2001. September 6, 2021 by Pressenza
09:11:08 From Jane M to Everyone:
Thanks Kathryn.
09:11:26 From Diane Skidmore to Everyone:
Except Raji - the USA (the western world even) is a huge place and even though there is progression there, the 'old way' still reigns in some areas
09:12:08 From Joy Gilfilen to Everyone:
RAji...love your insights.
09:12:13 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
BE the example you want to see embodied in the children
09:12:23 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
If Love is feminine and logic is Masculine, what is one without the other? Love without logic is absolute craziness with no discernment, and logic without love lacks compassion, is deadly cold and leads to no good to results in a large scale, no benefits that include all beings.
09:12:39 From Candy Leonard to Everyone:
Status. Obsession with status.
09:12:49 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Thank you Raji
09:13:32 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
I love men :P what absolutely fantastic creatures. LOL
09:13:52 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Everyone:
Repeating what I just tried to say... Our role can be to work with everyone to question the roles that their economic support system is playing in the world. If all women look closely at the roles that their family plays in the world. Are the other members of their family supporting the natural world or harming it? Are their family members helping or harming the ability of the common people to care for themselves.
09:14:31 From Larry Cashion to Everyone:
@Jane. I think the root of the fear is potentially the admission of belief being shattered and what sense of grounding/identity based in that belief, being gone. The metaphor of death and rebirth a continuous way of being is not a common model/M.O. We are simply a vessel.
09:14:39 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Gender is a role and should act as such as long as it includes all beings. When we get lost in the role and there is no place for anything else… the role fails.
09:15:04 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Ana, I love your comments, your perspective.
09:15:05 From Carlos Prosser to Everyone:
"basic goodness"… I love it
09:15:26 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
I agree, Matthew. Each person has their own process and unique timing.
09:15:44 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
The more we can do is to show other possibilities, with love, understanding and compassion.
09:16:09 From Dehanna Rice to Everyone:
Thank you All, important conversation. Gotta go.
09:16:10 From Stanley Pokras Pokras to Everyone:
We all can question how our "investments" are harming or helping the planet an the people.
09:16:15 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Yes, to do the work. And play too, please!
09:16:16 From Jane M to Everyone:
Good point Larry. Thanks.

We belong to each other.
09:16:50 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
We have been taking life, existence and the roles in it too seriously.
09:16:59 From Kat Haber to Everyone:
We belong to each other.
09:17:14 From Christine O'Brien to Everyone:
I agree, Matthew, we don't have time to feel bad about where we've been. We have to take responsibility now to self-examine and learn and grow. And men have to be willing to step out of the teacher role and truly listen to and learn from women as teachers too.
09:17:17 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
We definitely need to lighten up, so we don't live in survival mode, and be able to envision other possible ways of living and worlds.
09:17:42 From Jane M to Everyone:
Yes Matthew, pain and suffering can be the greatest teacher if we don't run from it.
09:18:15 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Yes <3 Yes, yes, yes.
09:18:19 From Ana Gregorio to Everyone:
Beautiful!

09:19:46 From Ruth Webster to Everyone:

Great session. The Buddha belonged to an ancient logic system called Nyaya that also means justice. There is no dichotomy between profound compassion and clear reason.
09:21:37 From Adrian@beingabody.com to Host and Panelists:
Thank all of you! Thanks for sharing
09:21:58 From Matthew Robertson to Everyone:
Thanks to everyone for the opportunity to learn and share xx
09:22:00 From Joy Gilfilen to Everyone:
I am so done with so many men AND women by saying all we can do is HOLD. Bull. That is part of it, but it is essential that we lead leaders of men and leaders of women, and leaders of children, and leaders of tribes and groups...into a whole new world of activism. We have a world to change -- we do not have time to hang out waiting for what is going to show up. I get patience, but the joy to going after a whole new world can replace the fear.
09:22:00 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
It is frustrating not to be able to copy any comment in the chat!

I have been involved with the International Mankind Project that arose through Robert Bly’s Jungian “shadow poetry” attempting to bring masculine initiation into modernity. I have been aware of Integral movement since the 1970’s. Human shadow is not a male or female phenomena. Here is a private paper that may be useful and fruitful in the notion of sacred marriage as internal realization of the “Golden Child.” Thanks ::https://1drv.ms/w/s!AuH1jbUiyrlQgkOdx6xjqBFYImM2::
