00:16:09    Sarah A.:    Also I learned in Holland at a cheese factory in 1970 that you can cover the cheese with butter and that will keep it fresh much like the plastic.  I have to say sometimes I love cellophane!

00:21:02    Carol Sue Engleman on FB:    I was on the Pritikin Diet which eliminated all fat when I bought my health food store and full restaurant in 1980 - 1982 and I took all oil out of the store and was the only restaurant in the city of Portland that didn't need a hood because I didn't fry with oil.  I wouldn't even sell anything with oil.  I had my baby in 1983 and she was born with eczema on her face because of the lack of oil in body.  I cured it by adding foods high in oils and the master cleanser.  she is now 38 and still doesn't have eczema.  I learned my lesson. Oil is Good.
