Annika Ek will explore her own journey through Health and Wisdom and how it has created a foundation for Impact. She will talk about how we have ended up living in an inflammatory world threatening our health and well-being as individuals and collectively and share practical advice on how we can make easy anti-inflammatory choices to build resilient health.

Annika will also talk about how women, especially as they enter the second half of their lives, are primed for Impact. This is especially true if they can get Health and Wisdom somewhat right. Finally, Annika will be sharing about her experience as a student in the Master’s of Regenerative Action (MRA) program and her Impact Project.

Annika Ek is a Functional Nutritionist & Wisdom Coach. She is the founder of TrulyU Health & Wisdom and the host of the private community TrulyU Women’s Circle. She is also a Ubiquity University Student in the Masters of Regenerative Action and is working on her PhD in Wisdom Studies.
