Humanity Rising Day 066 Sunday July 26, 2020
We have other powerful initiatives such as John Fullertons’ Regenerative Economics and Finance, inspired on the fact that the universal patterns and principles the cosmos uses to build stable, healthy, and sustainable systems throughout the real world are a model for economic-system design based on key, interconnected principles that underlie systemic health. “Economic vigor is a product of human and societal vitality, rooted in ecological health and the inclusive development of human capabilities and potential.” John’s work on Regenerative Capitalism is based on how these universal principles and patterns will shape our new economy.
Christian Felber’s Economy for the Common Good is a social movement advocating for an alternative economic model for people and the planet. It calls for working towards the common good and cooperation as value above profit-orientation and competition. ECG is an economic model, which makes the Common Good, a good life for everyone on a healthy planet, its primary goal and purpose. At the heart of this concept lies the idea that values-driven businesses are mindful of and committed to human dignity, solidarity and social justice, environmental sustainability, transparency and co-determination allowing these to gain a competitive advantage in this new economy.
