11:30:54 From Rick Botelho to Host and Panelists:
How does chronic PTSD cause misfiring of neurons in way that cause brain mis-wiring that make forgiveness more difficult? How does psychedelic assisted therapies enable the rewiring of the brain?
11:31:38 From maureenedwardson3@gmail.com to Everyone:
There is a law of physics that there is a range of frequencies that always entrain up.... unless there is too much difference/dissonance then the response is push back... oil and water syndrome
11:32:24 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:

11:32:41 From Barbro Esbjörnsdotter to Everyone:
Loren, was this an all American survey?
11:33:32 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

How di you assess the capacity of forgiveness of those parents?
11:35:13 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:

11:35:22 From Diane Sue to Everyone:
This is what he is talking about ::https://training.acesaware.org/aa/detail?id=2235::
11:35:37 From Rick Botelho to Everyone:

11:35:43 From Diane Sue to Everyone:
Forgiveness as a Buffer to Intergenerational Transmission of ACEs
11:35:48 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
everything boils down to neruo wiring and mental health
11:36:16 From anne de Lovinfosse to Host and Panelists:
What were the instrument to measure forgiveness?
11:36:27 From jiyun park to Everyone:

Yes thanks.
11:37:39 From Barbro Esbjörnsdotter to Everyone:
Thanks for addressing my question.
11:37:44 From Lynn Brodlie to Everyone:
It is so damaging if a child wants to forgive their abuser and either parent will not forgive, refusing to discuss it or allow the child that healing and freedom.
11:37:45 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
need rehabilitation centers for forgiveness and miserable people that are suffering with trauma, I know there are therapists but we need something more and expansive
11:38:22 From Paul Greco to Host and Panelists:
Can we forgive something that has nothing to do with us ? For instance forgiving Putin for Attacking Ukraine ?
11:38:26 From Diane Sue to Everyone:

11:43:17 From Lynn Brodlie to Everyone:
It is also difficult to forgive and heal from trauma if love from parents is not present either, because they can't.
11:43:36 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
Paul, look at a few of my comments dealing with trauma and forgivness. These ways work
11:43:40 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Paul, imagine the burden carried by the victims of horrendous acts… imagine that burden lifted by forgiveness. Forgiveness of the big thins is THAT important.
11:44:06 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
Paul I know it's hard but we have to forgive all equally, it's all about understanding why they did the horrible things. and transcending past it all
11:44:10 From victoria liouta to Everyone:
are intergenerational issues ever going to be eliminated? isn't this the experience we carry and pass to next generations?
11:45:33 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
Just look at out VIOL:ENT MOVIES!
11:45:39 From Rick Botelho to Everyone:
How do you enable children to develop the capacities of the forgiveness as part of socio-emotional learning? What can we learn from collectiveness to cultivate forgiveness?
11:46:42 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
RICK, PARENTING is awesomely effective in opening our hearts and expanding them. The book, Nurturing with Love and Wisdom, Disciplining with Peace and Respect: Mindful Parenting, by Diane Tillman. This’ll give you an idea in 2 minutes: ::https://youtu.be/A7VQHNd_MKE::

Three Character Education programs are illuminated in this 90 minute podcast: Character Inclusion for Regenerative Societies, Diane Tillman, Daniel Allen. ::https://youtu.be/08sYrYfNvnw:: a Humanity Rising Global Solutions Summit program produced by the Peace Lab.
11:47:28 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
Rick , I would say it affects gene expression in relation to trauma by allowing healthy cell production and in turn you don't age as fast and less chance if getting cancer and etc
11:47:51 From Paul Greco to Everyone:
Do we have the right to forgive someone like Putin for attacking Ukraine ?
11:48:19 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
trauma manifests it's self in the body if not released
11:49:40 From Jack Strasburg to Everyone:
Most of us are aware that the so-called powers that be manipulate the media - which they own - for their own ends. A big part of that is divide and conquer. The ability to forgive if practiced in a wide level would apparently make it more difficult to divide us. So when you talk about the lack of funding for forgiveness I suggest that you at least entertain the possibility that this lack of funding is intentional.
11:50:09 From Paul Greco to Everyone:
Dose someone like Putin deserve to be forgiven ?
11:50:13 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
Paul , absolutely 💯 , think of it like this, everyone is connected in the quantum conscience field , so we are all doing these things to our self, so forgiving other is a way of loving yourself
11:50:16 From Elizabeth Haines to Everyone:
Let’s not forget that the teachings of Jesus are founded on forgiveness.
11:50:49 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
Look at our INCARCERATION SYSTEMS, Punish not rehabilitate. 🙁 When I was teaching at Stockholm University in 1984, I gave a special program for the Swedish Prison Wardens and Priests on Using Meditation for Rehabilitation ~ It Changes People Inside so When They Go Outside, They’re Different. ˆTheir recidivism rate is about 20%, America’s is 80%. They now use more rehabilitation practices. AND/OR see, Norwegian Prisons: ::https://youtu.be/0IepJqxRCZY?si=86QQXyZ7BkLgXxxJ:: see, Norwegian Prisons using Character development/Love and Kindness for rehabilitation rather then other prision that PUNISH: ::https://youtu.be/0IepJqxRCZY?si=86QQXyZ7BkLgXxxJ::
“Come, come again, whoever you are, come! Even if you have broken your vows a 1000 times, Ours is the portal of hope, come as you are.” ~ Rumi
11:50:49 From Rick Botelho to Everyone:
How might we acculturate forgiveness and weave it into the non-collectiveness societies, such as USA? Neoliberalism marketing needs our forgiveness as long as we can mend its dystopian way.
11:51:45 From Rick Botelho to Everyone:
Kurt. —yes to redemption
11:51:49 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:

11:53:02 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
Bye Maureen! love ya!
11:53:10 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Good for you Maureen! Go for it; see you tomorrow.
11:53:15 From Barbro Esbjörnsdotter to Everyone:
Spreading the word is good, living it is a different thing, though.
11:53:36 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:
I wonder how much rules about interfaith marriage affect the way people deal with forgiveness? Do religions that restrict interfaith marriage also show less forgiv
11:53:39 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
positive emotions prolong life
11:54:10 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:
Interfaith forgiveness….?
11:54:10 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
QUESTION: How do we get this information to go mainstream?
11:54:46 From Rick Botelho to Everyone:
Paul — Putin, Netanyahu and Hama all first need accountability.
11:54:54 From Paul Greco to Everyone:
So, what about Justice” ? That shouldn’t figure into the societal equation ?
11:55:55 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
Kurt we need to turn these zoom meetings into public live shows one day
11:56:07 From Elizabeth Haines to Everyone:
I believe that not only authentic Christianity but other faith and wisdom traditions value and teach forgiveness

11:59:01 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
True forgiveness does not seek justice
11:59:11 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
in my opinion
11:59:27 From Lynn Brodlie to Everyone:
Loren, I was living in Sierra Leone when their was a coup d'etat in 1992 by rebels. The dreadful prior tension changed dramatically and love flowed between individual, even singing 'One Love' in the streets😊

12:04:32 From victoria liouta to Everyone:
is forgiveness a transformation of oneself or an excuse to continue same habits?
12:06:29 From Nadalee Hill to Everyone:
yes Victoria false forgiveness of one self can be an excuse to continue certain habits but true self forgiveness is moving past and understanding why these habits exist
