A few years ago wwhen very depresssed..I was coming back from a sweat lodge..going tto cross a creek...was raining a bit.and a few steps before crossing the creek .I yelled INTENT...give me a sign now! As I stepped forward.i was thrwn into the creek with a Strong flush of water and I was carried in creek with rocks...trying to hold to brannches...and nothing...forr a full half a mile..lossing breathe sinking......well finnally when I surrendered to my possible death...I was able to hold to branch and pull myself out..walk in the dark night through a forest...and had no scratch or broken bonee... The sign was clear...Surrender!!!
