A Pythagoras Practice: Before sleeping, they would sit for less than 30 minutes to review their day's activities and
prepare for the next: Writing down where improvements and advances were made, all the positive
activities ~ Being Grateful/thankful for these accomplishments. Then, on another page write where
one erred or had trouble, so the error(s) may be corrected; with the error page they would say "thank
you for letting me see where I can improve," and tear up the page into fine pieces, and place them in
recycling bin. Finally, they would then plan their next day by writing the important activities for the
body, mind and spirit before they would go to sleep. This allows the subconscious mind to gestate
the next days events before they happen. Thus, getting you ready for a more successful day.
