This week, left a conference and somebody bumped into me (literally) and - I went flying - that experience you mentioned, of 'time standing still' - very weird, exactly as you said, 'after/during a fall'. I landed on the ground and had to stay there while the people said words like 'clinic'. After a minute or so I was able to sit up and then stand and - come home. Shocking. But OK xxx
