@Shannon - did the breathwork feel too short? We had shortened it to 1 Min just to sense if this felt good. But if it is so apparent and it feels better with 2 min then we will of course reverse back to that!

We did see the controls; we saw our breaths being cut short. That felt not good. Breathing is important. Breathing intentionally together is very important, in my opinion. I wonder how others feel but this is not the time to have that discussion. (Also, in my opinion 😉)

Shannon, fully appreciate the breathwork and I find it essential too 🙂 And it was part of the sessions fr early start. I was only wanting to sense if 2 minutes was the favorable or if 1 minute felt more in alignment. I think today it became apparent as the sound was cut off as opposed to a new shorter version in its full extent. But no worries we will keep it as it is

Burning a freshly cut tree is difficult and more polluting than seasoned wood. Growing fast-growing trees is a good practice, as is stacking it for drying and later burning.
