He volunteers as a Buddhist spiritual care advisor for Suncoast Hospice. He is active with Interfaith Tampa Bay, the Uberoi Foundation for Religious Studies. he has taught Eastern religions and anthropology at various colleges He also teaches preparing for death and spiritual healing.
