00:25:08    Karri-ann Flater:    Playing the devils advocate - If you "stop" fossil fuels, how do the majority of people heat their homes? (Especially here in Alberta, Canada.) Not everyone can afford to renovate their homes to alternative sources of energy. We need to support people in finding another way to live, there are so many more steps before we just "stop" everything.

00:26:16    Stanley Pokras:    Hannah, I’ve recently begun reading books from the last chapter first. That’s where the author puts everything into perspective. Good luck with your project.

00:27:03    Kurt Krueger:    here's how to it in Governance produced by the Peace Lab: 4/12/22. Transforming California’s Biggest Challenges Into Game-changing Opportunities, Reinette Senum. ::https://youtu.be/bYpCfu0Lsd0::, Number 453

00:29:43    Jan Artem Henriksson:    I will need to go at 19.00 (now)

00:29:52    Michael Putz:    Jan - Powerful observation that corporate leaders get leadership development and government people get media training - that is new to me. It sounds like a personal observation but is there any articles that document the gap in leadership development resources offered to corporate leaders vs. government and NGO leaders?

00:30:54    Leo Jacoby:    ::https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4HAYnVzxpbQ:: (1:13:20 In this episode, Dr. Robert Kegan shares wisdom and personal stories drawn from his more than forty years of research and writing on adult development.  From caterpillars to poker to faith, Robert addresses the gift of our potential to grow, and ultimately our endeavor not to die.)

00:32:11    Charles Betterton, BLESSivist & EARTHist:    In a recent workshop in Sedona, we asked participants to answer the following question: “Given the global economic and environmental crises, what attitudes and skills can help us apply more positive, creative, conscious and sustainable approaches?” Here are some of the answers we received (that we have incorporated into this program):

           Awakening to our spiritual identity.

Realizing more of our inherent potential.

           Harnessing our creative mind power.

Flowing our energy to solutions rather than problems.

Remembering who we really are and why we are here.

Fulfilling our life purposes and missions.

Making a difference and leaving a legacy.

           Maintaining a positive mental attitude.

           Loving, serving and blessing others.

           Applying creative thinking and problem-solving.

Manifesting stewardship over the rich talents and

treasures entrusted to us by God/Spirit/Source/

00:50:16    Kathryn Alexander, MA:    YAY Leo - thank you!!!

00:51:46    Kurt Krueger:    7th Generation Principle is the key for true Regeneration

00:51:53    Robert Hayes:    Today I've got a connection to nature situation that seems relevant to today's topic.

@12:15 approx a big sleek and beautiful black snake emerged from the farm shrubbery here and came within a foot of  my foot before being started and returning to hide.

The NJ Farm owners & friends ( who are mainly Muslim btw ) here are really freaked out by snakes and shout "snake, kill - kill!" every time.  Even for the little snakes I respond & shout "No, No - don't kill! DON'T KILL!" and pick them up to show how harmless they are.... these new farming folks recoil in terror - refusing the very words of this extreme snake handler - ME!

☆☆☆ So I was thinking maybe someone in today's HR Chat might have and email or even a phone number for Rhamis Kent?  He's an internationally renowned permaculture expert who also has a bit of understanding of Islamic history and traditions.

I'm hoping that maybe Mohammed may have once said something good about the snake - I need to have the links to commentary or verses in the Koran,

00:51:58    Robert Hayes:    The wildlife and trees here need your help today.  There's plans for a 30 person event here this weekend.  I'm hoping that some of the species will make it.

Thanks

00:53:26    Kathryn Alexander, MA:    It's time for me to leave, as well! So great to be back here for a moment!!!

00:53:30    Karri-ann Flater:    I have to go as well. Grateful for all of you and this conversation 💖

00:53:40    Gosnell, Hannah:    Thanks everyone!
