We often think of the UN Sustainable Development Goals. What about Inner Development Goals?

The Inner Development Goals is a non-profit organization for human development. We research, collect, and communicate science based skills and qualities that help us to live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives. These benefits are societal and organizational, as well as personal. The Inner Development Goals are fundamental in the work toward the Sustainable Development Goals.

  • Jan Artem Henriksson, a Swedish-Ukrainian thought leader in human growth, consultant and educator, is the founder of Inner Development Goals. He has previously founded Self Leaders - a Nordic leadership development consultancy, Relate - a relationship development app. Jan and his team has put more than 70 000 people through different leadership development programs with scientifically proven results for the participants. He is a faculty member at School of Economics Executive Education,  guest speaker at Karolinska Institute, Royal Institute of Technology and Harvard University and today Executive Director of Inner Development Goals Initiative, fellow and board member of Eksaret Foundation.
