I was told my entire childhood and school days to "sit still, face forward". And then I worked at a desk job for almost two decades. All that conditioning caused me to disconnect from my body and live primarily in my head. Even though it feels good, I find myself feeling awkward and resistant to really get into this type of movement. But I will remain curious and open to this experience 💖

I thought regeneration was something I/we had to do "out there". This week I realized regeneration had to happen inside me. This is what it looks like. I have begun regenerating my body/my self. The actions I take will be in alighment with this inner coherence.
