This has been a fascinating presentation and conversation. It brings to mind how I experienced organizations affiliated with HeartMath begin their meetings with everyone practicing an exercise that helped each one attain a state of heart-mind coherence. As I think back on that, it also seems to be a helpful strategy for enhancing the capacity of participants to communicate more effectively. HeartMath also provides training on active listening which seems relevant to this presentation.
