Kurt designed a Happiness elective course more than 10 years ago for Van Nuys Middle School where students were still doing the Homework assignment, a few years later! See Shaun Achor's Happiness Advantage, a 12 minute TED.com talk for a more fun and practical happy life. You probably already do a few of the practices - just add the others.
The initial assignment is:
Laugh for at least 30 seconds straight each day... experiment with the variety of laughter styles. See how that feels. Tightens the abs for a flatter rather than fatter tummy. Let me know what you think about it all. How about getting your family today to dedicate at least 30 seconds to laugh each day?
