Explore the power of personal values and the path to sustainable wellbeing with Megan McDonough, Founder of Wholebeing Institute, and Henrique Bueno, CEO of Wholebeing Institute Brazil, on what it means to engage fully in this one, precious human life.

The world will tell you how to live, creating expectations and norms about what constitutes success. That’s a recipe for unhappiness. Have you asked yourself how you want to live? In this second session of the Take the Next Step masterclass series, you’ll explore the power of personal values and the path to sustainable wellbeing. Join Megan McDonough, Founder of Wholebeing Institute, and Henrique Bueno, CEO of Wholebeing Institute Brazil, on what it means to engage fully in this one, precious human life.

You’ll learn:

  • The most important question to ask (and answer) for yourself—and what question to avoid.
  • A more nuanced understanding of happiness (hint: it’s not pasting on a smiling face)
  • The five perspectives of wellbeing you can engage today to elevate your happiness

If you’re wanting to be happier, or are in the midst of change or uncertainty, this Humanity Rising episode is for you.
