the ONLY real issue that counts NOW is retaining democracy. No other issues can be addressed without it. Federal voting rights legislation must be passed to nullify/supercede the laws being passed in Republican controlled states. To pass fed legislation on voting rights/access requires Dems retaining control of House & increasing numbers in Senate to overcome Manchin/Sinema obstruction. If that doesn't get done later this year, say bye-bye to democracy & welcome to authoritarianism in 2024.

One problem I’m facing is some Covid os that Imoved back “home” then cost of living became a problem for affordable rent; now I am in house share in a 3rd location but want to move one to a familiar location. I was arriving just during an election knew nothing about. Did vote on a school issue. I am one of many in this situation for various reasons re employment, affordability, covid restrictions etc. Previously I always did vote or worked for green issues but mentalities have changed. The narrative change is why I am on Humanity Rising since day 1.
