01:06:51 David Stoney: It seems to me that finding peace within means opening to heart consciousness (feeling centered, empathetic, radically inclusive and interconnected) and that will very possibly require working through fear and any pain due to trauma (individual and collective). One has to engage with the right hemisphere of the brain and that can lead (at least initially) to a dark place because the right hemisphere processes negative affect. But there is light in that darkness, the light of LOVE. As we participate in the human adventure we continuously balance head (analytic, objectifying, othering) and heart consciousness. I realize that I’m preaching to the choir, but sometimes my uncanny grasp of the obvious breaks through whether I like it or not.
