She's sensitive to the deep reasons and feelings  background that motivate them  acting in a concerted effort.  The importance of this operation organized from a "three dimensional chess level of awareness" can be emotionally challenging for a human.    

Also, Birdie perceived the limited and insufficient),  “us versus them” military attitude that can be inimical to our well-being and the highest intentions behind the NHI operation.

The "semi conventional drones" show up with characteristics that appear to be a mixture of otherworldly UAP and regular human drones. This could be a matter of a natural mechanism occurring when different ontological realities (even if both could be parallel physical universes) mix incompletely under a situation called “MUTUAL ENACTMENT”.  These “semi conventional drones” could serve not to traumatize some of us too fast to soon by showing us something too different from our consensual reality.
