In Breath-Body-Mind workshops around the world, we’ve worked with refugees, soldiers, groups of mass shootings, we do rounds of Movement, (Qigong), Coherent Breathing,(the crux of the program), & Meditation, (Open-Focus). In between the rounds, we due process work…where we surround individuals and sing their name to them & it raises the immune system for deep healing. Was done in the Amazon, and researched by an Anthropologist, for a bunch of adolescent kids who were gravely ill from a virus that recovered overnight with this method. The human Spirit needs comfort through gentle loving care. Trauma work is sacred space, it ALL comes down to LOVE. ❤️
