- We know the history and how horrible people and our planet HAVE been treated.
- We are living NOW, and can create a new reality when we focus upon it. When we keep the focus on what we want, we can get it. The unwanted then gets to wither up and turn into compost for growing more Love and Helpfulness.
- Where our attention goes, energy flows.
- When we want virtues and values to be expressed by others, how do people learn these? DO our schools educate for quality character? Does our society have a 200 year old Medical, Economic and Prison system creating good for all? What can replace it? Why don’t we focus on creating Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace. What happens when we realize that war is never the answer.
- Research shows that when the least of us is uplifted/educated/healed, it VASTLY improves all others.
- The Stoics had an expression: Acta non verba. Deeds not words. focus solely on what does matter, where we can have impact, what our unique talents and resources suit us for.

In the section on Vita Flex there is where someone puts there fingers in your ears. Do it everyday. I treated a man who had hearing aids and couldn't hear without them and was 81 after the 8th treatment, with his hearing aids out, he said "I can hear the freeway across the street" It talks about the possibility of restoring hearing. Feel free to contact me and I can help instruct whoever does it. I will be teaching this on line. Been teaching it since 1981

The frequency that the birds make have an effect on the plants by opening the stomata under the leaves to be able to drink in the moisture and trace minerals from the air. "Sonic Bloom" Discovered by Dan Carlson www.originalsonicbloom.com puts out a frequency as though birds had blackened the sky as they used to. That propriety frequency may be 528 HZ which is the frequency of Love and is what causes photosynthesis!
