08:58:32 From KATHERINE AUGUSTINE : I agree re: responsibility and also the way our food is filled with addictive fructose etc, and to Nahida’s point, not having healthy options as available, can make it tough when people are so busy with work etc. It’s the same with the environment. My easy/closest grocery store sells organic fruits in plastic. We are definitely at the time where we require some leadership from the top to support the options available as including more regenerative and healthy alternatives.
