   NATO is a recipe for endless war. Now with Finland and Sweden trying to get in NATO, Putin has a point. Attempts to isolate Russia leads to alignments against the European imperialist powers including Africa, China and other countries in the Global South. No to NATO is an international movement.

   There is a way to release nuclear radiation from the human body relatively quickly.  This approach has been used in treating some Chernobyl nuclear accident victims, with the Ukrainian medical profession confirming the efficacy of this approach.

   Unfortunately, attributions of Biden or Putin’s motives is somewhat problematic for any kind of analysis of the current situation.  In my humble view, fear and projection are root causes for this conflict.  We have forgotten that we have constructed this reality based on fear and projection, for whatever reason(s), as related to a “perception” of an existential threat.  And, the bottom line is that war leads to relatively innocent human beings getting caught in the cross-fire of these fears and projections.  As human beings, we must learn that war never resolves a situation.  It only leaves generational trauma that at some point reveals itself for healing.

   One thing that is not being spoken about in our media or here in this conversation was defined by Smedley Butler in his book titled “War is a Racket.” In that writing Butler lays out the rationale for the most powerful people in the United States to push for conflict. These most powerful people are those who make their profits by building and selling weapons. This is clear by the fact that while the public wants regulations that limit the kinds of weapons that are available in abundance in America.

   Yes, but we know that the view from the foxhole is understandably limited.  We need each other to focus on what matters most.  The land and water of Ukraine are being permanently poisoned, so much destroyed, including the atmosphere, the longer this goes on and the more weapons are used.
