   Thanks, Shannon I also got 11 inches to 50 in the mountains. Spokane gets 17 inches.. So We use 53 million gallons - about twice of other cities our size. We get 17 BILLION gallons. SO we get more than we need. I’m wondering how those numbers look in Utah. This is where soil can make a huge difference!

   The federal govt funded a large scale project for the Great Lakes starting in 2011 with Pres. Obama.
