Children all have their own wisdom, which can be witnessed simply by watching their movements. That pattern of activity gives us hints about their domains of interest, care, talent, excitement, play, safety, etc. I love watching pre-k children, whose primary language is action and interest. Some are cooperative, some are just go-getters, some are solo players, some are attention seekers, and so on - no training, just play. As adults we can explore what “trainings” have outlived their usefulness, socially, professionally, personally, whatever. In the interest of getting along, many of us stay in relationships or situations that are depleting, like the gal above mentioned about the “predator game.” A timely conversation abt the heart.
