   Last night I listened with good stereo headphones to about 10 minutes of Lambda (above Gamma) coming from binaural beats followed by about 10 minutes of Epsilon (below Delta) and I slept incredibly well.   Dr. Jeffrey Thompson's music -- where the binaural beats are created by modulating the music, not by putting a music overlay over the frequency.  I don't know if I explained that well.
