What happens when we treat the forest as a classroom and the more-than-human world as a conversation partner? In this Humanity Rising session, we step inside the State of the World Forum’s invitation to co-create “A Future to Fall in Love With” by aligning Human and Nature Intelligence within a larger ecology of intelligences – Human, Nature, Artificial and Cosmic.
Building on the Forum’s insight that the world is not simply in crisis but in a profound transition, we’ll explore how learning a “language of consciousness” can help us navigate ecological collapse, AI acceleration and emerging cosmic intelligences with more humility and courage.
Dr. Gary L. Shapiro began his involvement with orangutans 51 years ago in the field of primate cognition and learning. He was the first person (1973-1975) to teach a symbolic communication system to an orangutan named Aazk.
Dr. Saskia von Diest. Saskia is the founder of Ecofluency, and an award-winning educator, consultant and activist in Nature communication.
