This is reminding of teaching literacy classes in a maximum security prison in the rainforest at the confluence of the Essequibo, Mazaruni, and Caiuni Rivers in Guyana in 1967-68 when I was a Peace Corps Volunteer there. I believed that they already knew how to read and write and my job was having them remember.

In Colorado there has been controversy about the reintroduction of wolves into regions in the western part of the state. Ranchers have concern re the risk to their cattle. Perhaps communication with the wolves can encourage them to get their needs met with the elk, deer etc and leave cattle alone.
