Over the past several decades, individuals identifying as gender diverse have helped drive legislative and cultural progress, awareness, understanding and norm changes in American society. The incoming Administration accompanied by National Legislators and conservative leaders at the State and Local levels have committed to roll back the progress. The declared and ongoing policies affect the right to marriage, physical, emotional and mental health, property rights and the vast majority of things taken for granted.
