11:25:40 From Meg Newhouse to Everyone:
A certain amount and kind of stress is good for the system.
11:25:47 From Kim Kerrigan to Everyone:
Because "fasting" creates a thorough cleanse? And promotes fast new cellular growth! 🥰
11:25:48 From Charry Stover to Everyone:
Well, yes apparently branch chain amino acids, particularly isooluecine are not good for aging.
11:25:48 From Roberto Sciffo to Everyone:
does stage of life play a role?
11:26:26 From diana Winhill to Everyone:
Starving the healthy cells!!
11:26:32 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Sunshine is radiation…
11:26:32 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
there is “constructive” stress (like “creative tension”, and “destructive” stress (destructive tension). The body can adapt with creative tension, and can self-destruct with destructive tension.
11:26:36 From Veronica Wetten to Host and Panelists:
The fighting spirit keeps engaged and young

Vociferous vegetables?
11:27:52 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
Kathryn, I don’t remember his name.
11:28:17 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
“Radiation” is NOT a noun… it’s simply invisible energy radiating at an infinite number of frequencies. Sunshine can be very healthy, or it can burn… depends on the body’s response. Cell tower radiation has a negative impact on living tissues (VGCC, etc.). So we can’t label all “radiation” as healthy or unhealthy.
11:28:26 From Kim Kerrigan to Everyone:
Brocoli defends out immune system??? YES! Vociferous! Great catch Shannon! 🤣
11:28:34 From Roberto Sciffo to Everyone:
aging could be partially based on our ability to adapt to our environment and our interface with our biology (fungi, bacteria, etc)
11:28:40 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Aging takes a vacation… when starvation is in the air. Poetic.
11:30:10 From Kim Kerrigan to Everyone:
Amazing lifespan research is coming out of the five global BLUE ZONES - where people live way beyond 100. Fascinating! 🙏
11:30:22 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
aging, for me, is a reduced willingness to engage with life. This is what I see in people, they start to decide to ‘not’ do things that are hard.
11:30:22 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Some clams live for hundreds of years - until we dig them up and eat them.
11:30:23 From Paul Greco to Everyone:
The more food you eat the more it force’s your body to work digesting it ?
11:30:27 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
something to do with “metabolism”? Or even # of breaths/lifetime?
11:31:06 From Roz Bound to Everyone:
Aging is physical, yes, but there’s much more involved - spirit, psych, losses, everything affects everything.
11:31:07 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
Paul, I so agree with your daughter. no respect.
11:31:07 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:
With Love...

Natural Entropy 🙌
11:35:18 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
when people who are very old are interviewed as to why they think they live longer, I don’t remember any of them mentioning stress as a positive factor for their long life?
11:35:22 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
A bone is stronger where a break is healed.
11:35:34 From Meg Newhouse to Everyone:
Doesn’t it depend on the nature or level of stress?
11:35:54 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
Ben, not many people are actually self reflective.
11:36:04 From diana Winhill to Everyone:
As mentioned, FASTING!!
11:36:17 From Charry Stover to Everyone:
Walter Longo's Fasting Mimicking Diet and Prolon is an example of underfeeding -- every now and then.
11:36:42 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
Well Kathryn, if they were asked to do so… I imagine stress would show up somehow?
11:36:56 From Roz Bound to Everyone:
Because it eats the wrong things
11:37:06 From anne de Lovinfosse to Everyone:
how we position ourselves around stress is important(victim-victor)
11:37:13 From Kathryn Alexander, MA to Everyone:
Ben - we resist stress, so I would not expect people to see benefits.
11:37:20 From diana Winhill to Everyone:
With fasting, the healthy cell Returns to ist original form and is stronger.
11:37:36 From Roberto Sciffo to Everyone:
energy is spent on digestion, rather than body repair?
11:37:46 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Josh’s inspirational thought… Why should a body live shorter if there’s plenty to eat?
11:37:53 From Kim Kerrigan to Everyone:
"TRE" (Time Restricted Eating) is the latest recommendation for superior health! Main purpose is 1) to give our digestive system time to recover and rest 2) to enhance our sleep! 💚🙏 Proof positive Mother Nature is brilliant!

11:38:26 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
I eat two meals a day (no breakfast), after listening to Deepak Chopra decades ago talking about his clinic where they tell people to gauge their hunger from 1-10 where 1 is ravishingly hungry and 10 is totally stuffed. Their recommendation was to NOT each until you’re a 1 or 2, then ONLY eat until you’re a 5.
11:38:50 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
I found myself not being a 1 or 2 until around noon (after a morning cup of green tea chai).
11:38:58 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
Easy way to not overeat.
11:38:59 From Janice Hall to Everyone:

11:41:16 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
“aging genes” are one meaning-making… there are others.
11:41:22 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Oh, a different kind of “aging gene”
11:43:36 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
Genes don’t know anything about aging… they simply express or not, according to epigenetic and other factors. Not sure about an “aging gene” other than one’s meaning-making.
11:43:41 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Interesting… insulin.
11:44:04 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Always something new to learn!!
11:44:05 From Meg Newhouse to Everyone:
Have you heard that humans have more DNA strands than we have thought that are getting activated. If true, how would you explain it?
11:44:08 From Charry Stover to Everyone:
I don't like the insulin solution... lol... No more sweet treats!!!
11:45:47 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
“Essential” biological function? Or simply part of every living system? The day you’re born, we begin to age, don’t we?
11:47:36 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
Gene expression is heavily influenced by epigenetic factors (Bruce Lipton connects this to consciousness.) Seems like our beliefs about aging can impact gene expression.
11:48:10 From maureenedwardson3@gmail.com to Everyone:
Yes Ben but apparently consciousness is not part of this program
11:48:28 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
of which program, Maureen?
11:48:44 From maureenedwardson3@gmail.com to Everyone:
HR now Josh's program
11:48:55 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
ah. thanks.
11:49:04 From Kim Kerrigan to Everyone:
Yes Meg! www.Mercola.com is a brilliant site and source of holistic health and scientific research! Check it out. Plus, the Ascended Masters teach that humans can "take their body with them" in the dying process, to enter "eternal life" and choose to re-incarnate! I LOVE THIS NOTION! 💚
11:49:13 From maureenedwardson3@gmail.com to Everyone:
How can you leave consciousness out?
11:49:31 From Paul Greco to Everyone:
Yes, fairly convincing
11:49:54 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
Maureen, we won’t, in the AfterChat!!
11:50:01 From Roz Bound to Everyone:
Are you suggesting that aging is unnatural and unnecessary?
11:50:15 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
define “anti-aging”? I think I missed this definition.
11:50:44 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
Does that mean “resisting” aging? What about that which one resists, persists?
11:50:51 From anne de Lovinfosse to Everyone:
What about Joe Dizpensa theory that you can unlock genes of health /disease through alterating your state of consciousness?
11:51:38 From Roz Bound to Everyone:
What about everything else involved with aging, not only physical? Everything affects everything.
11:51:45 From Kim Kerrigan to Everyone:
I vastly prefer the reality of "cell regeneration" which is necessary for new life, and rebirth! I am NOT FOND of "the body as self destruction" Way too negative! 🌹🌹🌹
11:51:51 From Charry Stover to Everyone:
Anne, I love that idea, but Joe Dispenza doesn't seem to be getting any younger himself....
11:52:11 From Shannon McArthur to Everyone:
These are very good comments, and I hope you bring them to the AfterChat!!
11:53:07 From Charry Stover to Everyone:
Gregg Braden doesn't seem to be getting any younger, Neither does whats-his-name (lol, I can't remember his name --- appears with Gregg Braden and Lynne Mctaggart ofen
11:53:10 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
Is anti-aging related to a fear of death?
11:53:29 From rosemary fitzpatrick to Host and Panelists:
I have just had my 90th birthday but I did have surgery at 75 - a double bypass - so my life span is not natural
11:53:32 From Ben Levi to Everyone:
You’re thinking of Bruce Lipton, Cherry?
11:53:50 From Charry Stover to Everyone:
Bruce, thank you. Yes, Bruce Lipton!
11:54:43 From Charry Stover to Everyone:
Oops, I mean Ben, Thank You!
11:54:46 From Kim Kerrigan to Everyone:
Aging with grace, wisdom, and an eye to rebirth! This natural cycle exists everywhere in "regenerative organic gardending!" Now, humans can become compost!!! 🌍🌍🌍
11:54:56 From Roz Bound to Everyone:
Nobody gets any ‘younger' physically - it’s attitude that’s important.
11:54:59 From Stan Pokras to Everyone:
In my reading of Dawkins, he speaks about genes that remain from generation to generation for millions of years. And he observes that the genes that get along with the other genes the best, get to remain the longest. So I interpret that as survival for particular genes has to do with how well they fit in among their neighbors.

I designed an elective Happiness course about 10 years ago for Van Nuys Middle School where many students are still doing the Homework assignment, so many years later! See Shaun Achor's Happiness Advantage, a 12 minute TED.com ::https://www.ted.com/talks/shawn_achor_the_happy_secret_to_better_work:: talk for a more fun and practical happy life. You probably already do a few of the practices - just add the others.
The initial assignment is:
Laugh for at least 30 seconds straight each day... experiment with the variety of laughter styles. See how that feels. Tightens the abs for a flatter rather than fatter tummy. Let me know what you think about it all. How about getting your family today to dedicate at least 30 seconds to laugh each day?

Also endorphins get activated which are mood elevators as well
12:06:35 From anne de Lovinfosse to Everyone:
Donna Eden is very good about thymus thumping…see youtube
12:06:54 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
The Thymus Thump quickly helps in a stressful situation, or when in need of an energy boost, or to enhance the immune system. Thymos is a Greek word meaning “spiritedness.” The Thymus is part of the endocrine system and modulates the production of adrenaline. After puberty, it begins to slowly atrophy, thus the need to regularly stimulate it.
When one is fearful, angry, or stressed out, the adrenal gland starts producing adrenaline for the “fight or flight” automatic physical response. If the adrenaline is not needed, as while in a car when cut off by another, we need to stop the production of adrenaline. When we cannot use adrenaline it takes bodily energy to transform it into a “non-toxic” substance, and this prevents you from quickly calming down. The Thymus Thump stimulates the release of white blood cells (T-lymphocytes) associated with the immune system.
From wINNING WAYS FOR LIVING, a bestselling series of books.
12:06:55 From Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network to Everyone:
Daily Practice
The thymus gland is located about 2 inches beneath the center of your breastbone, about 3rd rib or one hand width from the base of your throat.
With a closed fist, thump the chest (thymus gland) a few firm times while mentally directing the body/mind to relax or to rejuvenate
Take a few deep breaths through your nose (if possible) remembering, “Peace IN Everything, Everything AS Peace.”
Release any tensions - in shoulders and abdomen
Refocus on positive experiences for the rest of the day.

I use and sell LifeWave stemcell activation patches - the patented technologies are non-transdermal and they are able to identify the infrared light pathways of (for instance) GHK and GHA copper peptides which activate different kinds of your pluripotent stemcells that have gone dormant. This is the energy medicine technology of the future - here now-- using your own heat and light to wake up the body's innate regenerative capabilities. They are amazing and have saved my Mother and saved me from neck and knee surgery.
