Every step we take, engages the psoas, for the step to be possible.
People who sit a lot, can contract / shorten the psoas and this can lead in to low back pain / discomfort.
I find the psoas muscle, when the client is lying on their back & when they lift the knee about an inch from resting...
And this engages the psoas, so you can feel it activate into your hand, if I'm touching in the groin/abdominal issue.
Its a deep muscle on the right and left, back toward the front of the vertebral column... 🙂💚
