Morning... In alignment w/ what Jim is saying. A good plan for the Primary election, is to select 'uncommitted' & don't vote for anyone else. This won't let Trump get elected, cuz it's a primary, tho it'll give a message to Biden & the DNC, that we don't support him & Netanyahu's war & the spending of the citizen's tax dollars. It'll pour a bucket of cold water on the DNC & give them our message. Michael Moore states that if even 10% of Americans do this, it'll make our point. For the positive & productive things that Biden had accomplished, they became overshadowed with his recent alignments. I also tend to think the president is a puppet & doing what he's told. I'm leaning toward voting uncommitted to send out my message...

Yes, a gentle touch therapy can often be more beneficial with a slow release of emotion in tissues rather than a full massage which is more severe. Something like Bowen Therapy involves gently stretching the fascia so the body takes the energy to where it is needed and very gently releases.

In the 90's there was an off branch of Chiropractic called Network Chiropractic, developed by Dr. Donald Epstein - later called Network Spinal Analysis, and the latest name is The Wave. It's all about soft touch, bringing awareness back into the body so that the CNS can decide whether the tension (where the awareness was triggered) is still needed or not. If not, the body releases it. At higher levels of atonement, the body can self correct without the practitioner.
