What if there is some type of "intergalactic directive" that prevents entities from other planets, or dimensions from interfering with Earth and the inhabitants without our permission? Of course we have seen stories about that in movies and television programs such as Star Trek.
I have also been introduced to that possibility through other avenues. One of those was reading through hundreds of recorded messages from trans-audiologists who received information in ways similar to the thousands of readings from Edgar Cayce.

Just in case there is some advantage for us, the blessed inhabitants of Space Ship Earth to actually issue an invitation to intelligences from other planets and or dimensions to visit and share their existence and expertise with us, how might those us who are interested strategize on putting out the Welcome Mat?
