Hearts for Peace has the intention of inviting people to come together from all parts of this country and other countries for a few minutes each day during which time we all engage in a simple heart ritual together. The energy of our hearts together becomes directed toward peace in the world in this time of danger of world war.
The Ritual of Hearts for Peace:
Stand and take three deep breaths, with the out-breath being slower than the in-breath. Have your eyes open when breathing and notice that in breathing this way, we bring the world into our being and our being in the world as a unified field.
Then, we place the palm of our right hand on our heart and the palm of our left hand on the solar plexus – connecting the heart with the center of the will force – the heart-will. Place your attention at the place of the heart; feel the force of love combined with the will. This combined force of heart and will moves into the world. However, not directly.
