Interesting… In some of the circles I am in, we celebrate women as elders at 60…. Could be age-ism OR I prefer to think it is because women tend to raise their personal growth and consciousness earlier (in my personal & collective development worlds there are still many more women than men, actually at all ages - even Chartres 2 years ago 😉).
