I have known Bobbie Jr. for many years. He has been on Humanity Rising. He is a man of immense integrity in my experience. I was a strong Kennedy supporter back in the 60s and was privileged to meet RFK the week before he was killed. I offer RFK Jr.s candidacy as something to consider. I think he would transform politics in the US fundamentally and bring peace in Ukraine. I know also that there are aspects of the Kennedy family history that are of the shadow but, on balance, I believe he may be the last chance for the US to save itself.

I was greatly heartened when RFK Jr. said he would run. His personal life may have been a little rocky. (This seems to be true of many of our male politicians.....), but I agree with Kim, his work over these many years has been nothing but remarkable. He has stayed the course.

Thanks Jim and yes his info on the vaccinations was what had me research this and make my decision. He is in integrity and helpful in this time of fake and impossible news. Intuitively I am drawn to a more coherent and informed way to navigate in water during the time we find ourselves in. And fire is helpful too.

One beautiful realization that came to me lately is that what we call Atlantic, Pacific, Indian, Artic or by other names oceans and seas, are actually referring to the land basins that temporarily hold the moving, travelling water. Water is One, a beautiful metaphor for our potential as humanity. It takes 1000 years for a drop of water to travel back to the same place. Water is patient. It changes salinity, density, temperature, and depth amongst its extraordinary metamorphoses. It provides Life for countless life forms. Are they aware of water? Are we aware of Gaia’s living consciousness that we are breathing and bathing in be it on land, air or water?

Great question, maybe my first time in a YMCA pool at about 3 or 4, I was really brave and my Mom looked through the window seeing I was going to jump off the diving board - she was nervous as she didn’t think I could even swim yet- of course they had a way to catch us, but I was In!

I grew up on a lake, water skiing every day, and a pool that wrapped around the house. It makes me crave looking at water so my house in CA is on a lake and I live right on the Caribbean Sea and love looking at the water. Its like a constant meditation.

I heard that your elimination system is like a train and all the cars are a compartment that takes stuff out... however water is pure cleansing while other drinks need additional purifying so not as efficent
