00:22:09    Mo:    I will share a story that happened to me years ago but significant to this life...I was in a car wreck that went into a raging  swollen creek  and my fiancé was driving and I had had recent surgery on my feet and had  casts  covering my feet and to my knees.  When I became conscience and realized I was drowning .  I kicked my way out by kicking and having the cast break the window and the water flow took me out of the car and came awake when blackberry bushes along the creek grabbed me and poked  and pricked me to consciousness.  Was able to take a deep breath and that experience imprinted the importance of breath  and SOOOO much more..  My fiancé who was driving the car died and they found his body days later.   I had left mybody and had a death experience...that changed my life as nothing was much the same after the Death and returning back into  body.....I could tell so much more but that was one of my  huge water experience and the date was  11/11

00:22:41    Sarah Sue-Belize Carol Sue Engleman on Facebook:    I grew up on a lake, water skiing every day, and a pool that wrapped around the house. It makes me crave looking at water so my house in  CA is on a lake and I live right on the Caribbean Sea and love looking at the water. Its like a constant meditation.

00:44:47    Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network:    Raise Hemp for humanity and planet.

infohemp.com  It has 25K uses including better battery conductor than lithium or graphene, all the 22 amino acids perfect protein, paper used to print US first Treasury Notes,, first Levi jeans antimichrobial fabric Cherokee women used for undergarments... a pair of jeans today takes 25K gallons to makes... Yiiiiiikes… less water than cotton.. two crops a year... so simple to restore. HEMP is bestest biofuel… can we please restore some sense of Commonsense-ability that almost extinct language on this ole Pachamama...

Gardening › how-hemp-helps-restore-soil-fertility. It also prevents weeds from growing near it. Its deep roots help to hold the soil together and prevent soil erosion while absorbing water like a sponge for the groundwater. The stem and leaves of the hemp plant can be returned to the soil to rejuvenate the soil, leading to a richer crop the following year. Indeed, hemp is a super plant when it comes to its environmentally friendly properties.

00:57:20    Kathryn Alexander, MA:    Thanks Leo

00:58:53    Kurt Krueger, PeaceMakers Circles/Network:    What happens when we focus on what we want?

We know the history and how horrible people and our planet HAVE been treated.

We are living NOW, and can create a new reality when we focus upon it. When we want virtues and values to be expressed by others, how do people learn these? DO our schools educate for quality character? Does our society have a 200 year old Medical and Economic system creating good for all? What can replace it? Why don’t we focus on creating Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace. What happens when we realize that war is never the answer.

Research shows that when the least of us is uplifted/educated/healed, it VASTLY improves all others.

The Stoics had an expression: Acta non verba. Deeds not words. focus solely on what does matter, where we can have impact, what our unique talents and resources suit us for.
