So far all the world scriptures were written by men during the Kali Yuga ~ described in India as the darkest and most troublesome times of the Four Great Yugas ~ each thousands of years long. According to tradition, the next Yuga is Satya, the most peaceful, pure time of the Yugas. Where Peace IN Everything, Everything WITH Peace permeates life on Gaia.
What is your rendition of a scripture that would be adhered to bring us into the coming Satya Yuga? Would there be more than one? This is something that will allow us to “be the architects of the future, not its victims,” as Buckminster Fuller wrote. What say you?

Nerves vibrate at 64 Hertz and Muscles at 128 Hertz. It will relax from the bottom up bones to muscles but not from top to bottom Muscles to bones. Therefore, to truly relax we need to start with the bones. Most meditation goes straight to the muscles and so not truly relaxed
