I created a workshop about mental health last week! And am shaking with the reverberations of what we are talking about right now. And I am stepping on this pathway honouring that we are moving, somehow on our knees, walking, dying, living, seeking, trusting, being aware, being wary. And just last week I am honouring the first nations origins of my ancestors from south America and afrika on my parents' island in the Caribbean. I turned up here by accident and thank you all and our ancestors Aho! Alafiyah! 🦌🐆🕊️
