Thank you, Maryam, for raising the cultural difference of recognizing Aphrodite. I’ve had problems with re-asserting the primacy of beauty as a marker/requirement/objectification of women. But, unlike Iran, I have always been in a culture that exploited female beauty and detracted those of us women who didn’t meet the commercial fad of beauty of the time. As a girl/woman, it’s been hard to find a swimsuit that wasn’t exposing more than beauteous in my culture!

I live right on the Caribbean Sea and we just had Hurricane Lisa and I was going to box everything up and I was paralyzed. Luckily it passed me by and yesterday I started finishing the project to put my important things in containers on wheels and labeling them on the outside preparing to be able to put them on my 14 ft. box truck in an emergency or if I want to move quickly. I want to be prepared!

Masks turn off our immune system and kills brain cells permanently so how are you going to fight a disease? I stop everyone with a mask and tell them and say the tiny size of the virus gets in with no immune system on but capturing our own toxins, a much larger molecule then festering inside with heat and moisture and smells like a woman's crotch (men may like this LOL), then breathing in and down to the lungs with no way to fight your own toxins! NO! this is NOT OK with me.
