Yes we have a ton of development in the small city I live in now - without concern for infrastructure or keeping the land as unchanged as necessary, trees etc, and they are stopping recycling pick up now due to funding - I thought to check on those numbers - think using the current inflation as a funding excuse when my gut says they are increasing profits - all at the current residence’s and land's expense.

My small city also stopped recycling pick up - they found that the majority of items "recycled" were actually being sent to the landfill because most items are not recyclable (due to a lack of facilities that can process these items). It's a frustrating reality that recycling is not a feasible or sustainable option. Reducing consumption is a better option.

After reading "Touching the Jaguar" I had seen a school of little shark maybe Nurse Shark right at the shore. After that I had a dream where I was swimming and saw the fish out there with the fin and realized it was a shark so turned around to get out and as I was getting out I put my hand down to stabilize myself and it was a shark so I touched the shark. I realized afterwards, I am not afraid of Jaguar as they would most likely run from me but I have a little fear of shark, but not nearly as much as jelly fish. I live right on the Caribbean Sea and last I got in I saw a jelly fish and got out quick. I wasn't going to touch that!
